All secondhand phones are fully checked and tested at our service centre in Scunthorpe -
all handsets come with chargers and manuals

Phones are graded into three catagories:-

Grade A as new complete with original box manuals and charger and any cable
or software from manufacture

Grade B fully working but with slight cosmetic blemishes ie. scratches to housing
or slight marks or usage ware

Grade C fully working but secondhand all the phones we sell have some form of warrenty for example:- any phone under 1 year old is still covered under the manufactures warranty any phones over 12 month old will have some warranty

please note  the warranty period will be stated in the phones discription

i
